1. We conducted an environmental audit: We started by assessing our current operations and identifying areas where we could reduce the waste and energy consumption. This included conducting an energy audit, assessing our water usage, as well as the waste and disposal practices in our offices.
2. We developed a sustainability plan: Based on the results of our environmental audit, our team developed a sustainability plan that outlines specific goals and targets for reducing the environmental impact of our offices. Our plan includes short-term and long-term goals, strategies for engaging members in all our sustainability efforts.
3. We reduced energy consumption: We made changes to switching to energy-efficient lighting and investing in renewable energy sources. 
4. We reduce the waste in our offices: We implemented waste reduction and recycling program to divert as much waste as possible, by providing recycling bins, composting food waste, and encouraging members to use reusable dishes and utensils.
5. We implemented coworking space software: We utilize coworking management software to digitize the paperwork and communication in our offices, such as electronic billing, paperless contracts, and touchless sign-in. This is reducing paper usage and increases the efficiency.

8. We green our spaces with plants: A lot of plants are incorporated in our coworking spaces. Plants can help to remove toxins from the air and add natural beauty to the spaces.

9. We encourage sustainable practices among members: We educate our members about sustainability and encourage them to adopt sustainable practices in their own businesses.

10. We care about the air and water quality in our spaces: We use recuperation and air filtration to improve the air quality in our spaces and in all individual offices. As well, we use water filtration for better water quality.
