 The residential project is divided into 4 construction phases and offers 10 different typologies of villas listed as follows:

 Elite Deluxe Villas  are located in the forefront, thus enjoying the privilege of the closest proximity to the beach. Their contemporary architecture is simple with clean lines and large windows, which open up to a breathtaking view of the sea. These villas also include a barrier reef swimming pool. Elite Villas  are positioned in the 2nd line, very close to the beach and can fully enjoy the breathtaking view of Ionian Sea. Their interiors and exteriors provide sufficiently large areas to create a practical, comfortable and entertaining family environment. Let your interior decorating skills “run” in these spacious Villas, as you can freely adjust them to the needs of your family and lifestyle. The project also plans a beautiful swimming pool and parking spaces. Construction area 274 m2, land area from 660 m2 to 770 m2.These units are sold.

Individual Villas  are positioned in the first lines of the resort. These residences are in the same time near to the sea and sufficiently distant from the beach, to create a more intimate retreat for those who appreciate more privacy. Although smaller in size than the Elite Villas, the surrounding area of land is adequate for constructing a children’s playground or a swimming pool. These villas also include parking spaces.
