An investment project consisting of 11 building plots is offered for sale, distributed across 2 cadastral parcels.
The larger cadastral parcel contains 7 building plots, while the second includes 4 building plots.
Each building plot is designated A1 – residential housing, allowing the construction of buildings with 4 residential units each, in accordance with the valid Detailed Urban Plans approved by the Municipality of Gjorche Petrov.
Concept designs have been prepared and approved for all plots, based on which complete main projects with all phases have been developed, including an opinion from IZIIS. These projects can be immediately submitted to the municipality for obtaining a building permit.
